Due to the specialized nature of the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra and the international permit regulations involved, the following refund and cancellation policy shall apply to all bookings:

• INR 20,000 per person is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
• If cancellation is made 15 days before the trip start date, 50% of the total trip cost will be non-refundable.
• If cancellation is made 10 days before the trip start date, 90% of the total trip cost will be non-refundable.
• If cancellation is made 7 days or less before the trip start date, no refund will be provided.

All cancellation requests must be submitted to our office via email or in writing.
Verbal cancellation requests will not be accepted.
